Tractor Tuesday......

More rain today. Will it never end ?
Spent the day spreading slurry on a grass field we hope to plough and sow out with fodder rape. Got Kev on mucking dung out a shed to spread as well. It is a steep field and eventually stopped about 5 pm as the rain was getting heavier and the ground too greasy.
Emptied the rain gauge tonight and that was another 18mm since this afternoon. So since Friday that's 47mm ,or just short of 2 inches in old money.
So much for cutting silage this week !
