Losing His Audience

Sanford the sand-hill had his audience going for quite a while. The 7 geese (and 1 red-winged blackbird) sat enthralled as he belted out Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline, Johnny Cash's I Walk the Line, and John Lennon's Imagine. He then sang both parts of To All the Girls I Loved Before, by Willie Nelson and Julio Iglesias, causing the geese to honk and the blackbird to whistle.

But, then he made a crucial error. He tried to sing My Way by Frank Sinatra. NOBODY SINGS MY WAY EXCEPT SINATRA! NO ONE!

The geese shook their heads and shuffled off, and the blackbird turned his head and put his wings over his ears. 

As the geese sauntered away, the crane turned to his mate and tried to get her to duet with Sonny and Cher's I Got You Babe. "C'mon Honey, help me out here."

She refused.
