Magic Motor

As a child I amassed a large collection of Meccano. My father made a wooden chest full of compartments built to the shape and size of the different parts. I still have it all including the 'Magic Motor' (and its box) - a little clockwork motor which could be used to drive models. Its slightly rusty but still working. Although I made and remade many of the models my real fascination was always with the technical drawings in the instruction manuals. I've got a complete set of them somewhere, perhaps a blip for tomorrow.
