Sense of Occassion

A morning dog walk with Andy was a most welcome relaxation after the busyness of yesterday. The field had lots of butterflies in it - marbled whites especially. On our way home we went via the stream and on to the allotment to pick some courgettes and spinach to accompany our dinner this evening. On our way we passed this gazebo decorated for the football final tonight.

This afternoon I was back on my massage course. Our session today was about pressure points and trigger points. Very interesting.

Now home and feeling quite tired so relaxing with a cuppa and watching the match (with the sound off which I find makes it less stressful!). It been quite a day of sport what with the football, Wimbledon men’s singles final and the last day of the Scottish Open Golf championship. A definite sense of occasion in the air.

Hope you have had a good weekend. Take care.
