Took a wrong turn...

According to our bird book this is a badly-lost Black Winged Stilt. The book says he should be in Andalucia, Mediterranean France, or northern Italy. But here he is, about 800 km too far north. He probably suspects by now that whoever was navigating has failed to mention a turning...
