Sycamore gap - Hadrians Wall

Just got back from a weekend in England's Border Country. 130 miles is a long drive back after spending all day out in the sun. Boy will I pay for it tomorrow.

Had just a great time. Visited the Roman sites yesterday. Today was a long walk day. Parked the car at Housteads fort, Caught the bus to Haltwhistle Town which is suppose to be at the Centre of Britain (but not according to the Ordnance survey) then walked all the way back up and down along Hadrian's Wall. I haven't chosen a wall shot as such. In the shot the wall goes from right to left down the slope and up t'other slope. This is probably the most photographed tree in the north of England, it is in all the Northumberland tourist brochures so i just had to feature it too. It featured in a film not long back. May be you clever Blippers can work out which one?
