Nothing but blue skies

Phin seemed to sleep much better last night, not waking till 7.30. Took him round the stream before we headed off to his doggy daycare. He was a little reluctant to go in at first but soon started playing with the other dogs.

Visited the kitchen suppliers at lunchtime to get the worked up designs and costs. Took away the plans to have a serious think and we’ve already come up with a few modifications. We’ll need to get in touch with our builder at the start of next week to share the plans so he can start costing the fitout. Hopefully all the costs will come in under our budget!!

Spent the rest of the afternoon in the garden with my book before we collected Phin. He was one tired out doggy and slept for 2 hours before his dinner.

As it was too hot to cook, I had c so Mike’s salmon and cream cheese on a toasted bagel with a glass of Pinot.
