Why is the settee in the garden?

Because it’s summer.

We have a history of moving inside out during long hot dry periods of weather (yes we do get them in the UK, contrary to popular belief). The house seems bigger for it. I mean today we basically lived out doors as the temperatures hit 29 degrees. Coffee and lunch on the patio followed by socialising and grazing on the lawn. Went well into the evening. The yoga mama was here and S&B too for a good while. The YMOTHS came and went according to their various social commitments. But basically it was a day of sunshine and people. 

Days like this I am so bloody happy and contented.
