Despite the heat …

… we did TSM’s longest walk yet since her surgery - all the way into town to buy veg. Then spent the best part of an hour chilling in the cool courtyard of The Lightbox with drinks.

In the afternoon we watched a three hour documentary about Simon Peres who went from little Jewish boy in Poland to Prime Minister and then President of Israel, Fascinating history. Israeli politics is as murky as any other country’s and conducted in the heat of Middle East conflict. He was portrayed as a man who worked hard to broker peace which I think was true in later years.

Cats don’t take part in history. They just observe it and report back regularly to their superiors on alpha centauri. In order to do that they have to keep detailed records, so here is a picture of Dylan with his personal log.
