After the Storm

Captured from our front entry/ porch (it wraps around to the side), at 4:40 this afternoon.  The afternoon storm was mild, but this evening it strengthened with heavy rain and loud thunder. 

Our old friends Marge and Steve came for lunch and tea (Marylee has known them since the early 1970s)--it was great to catch up on all sorts of things.  

In the morning I again watched the Open Championship in England, and I will again tomorrow, for the final round. More then.
