Under Her Wings

Cousin Dana took me to an Estate Sale, (which is like a garage sale, but it’s the whole house instead) and I saw this stone garden ornament of a mother hen with several baby chicks tucked under her wings.
It reminded me of the verse in the Bible where Jesus said, “How often have I longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings…”
