Mono Monday - Groovy

When I had eventually worked out a way in which I could respond to today's challenge I started going round all our wooden furniture looking tongue and grove joints but quickly realised that these example of woodwork technique at its finest were long gone especially when you considered Ikea type furniture. I did eventually find an outside table which display clear tongue and groove technique but by this time I was looking for something a bit more groovy and eventually chose one of my wooden puzzles from Germany. I've gone in close to give it an abstract look but have included an extra so that you can see the overall object.
