Sophie And An Ice Pop

With high temperatures forecast again, I decided to give today's golf round a miss, having found the heat really draining on Tuesday. Tess is getting worried that I just might be getting sensible in my old age!

Instead, I took advantage of the Thursday Senior Citizens' rates at my local barber's: a snip at £7, as it were!

This afternoon we picked Sophie up from school for the last time this school year and, with dancing having finished last week, we celebrated end of term with a meal at our local Wetherspoon 's where normal service seems to have resumed, literally, post freedom day.
