Meols Sunset

Thank you so much for all your kind thoughts and best wishes yesterday - they mean a lot. 

I’m trying to push things to the back of my mind at the moment, and today that’s been easy with a visit to Daniel and Solveig’s - our eldest son and wife - on the Wirral. 

A barbecue, his 35th birthday celebration, and a Lion’s win have been delightful diversions, topped this evening with a walk along the sea front watching to sun go down. On the railings are two small signs - ‘Life is beautiful’ and ‘Every moment is a fresh beginning’. So true ….
