Aladdin

We treated the grandchildren to a week working with a local drama group. They are really Covid aware there and the children are in bubbles and outside mostly. Then the show is put together very cleverly I think. Before Covid parents used to go to watch in person but now it comes on-line. They’ve had a great time.

Mr C thinks he might have chucked our passports into recycling with a pile of old papers. He had them in his locker in the van when we had thought we might fly to the Isles of Scilly. Gutted.

I’ve spent ages filling in a form to renew my driving licence. I completed a form about my eyesight 2 months ago and sent to DVLA to inform them about the glaucoma. Now they tell me my licence went out of date 1.5 years ago so I need to re-apply and fill in another health questionnaire. I thought I’d get a reminder but apparently not as another friend discovered recently hers was out of date.

I also applied for renewal of my bus pass. It’s all go.

We did our Covid tests as did the family and we are all clear to go on holidays together. Phew.
