One smooth dog

In the days post-hair-cut Scratch is like one of those velour animal toys: so soft to stoke and cuddle. She looks far younger, too, than when her coat is long and wiry.

J and I spent the afternoon working on a funding application with a deadline coming up worryingly soon. 

This evening I knitted a pair of trousers for a Sindy doll and made flapjack. Not a very wild Saturday night then.
