August Garden / Mine's white

An August garden collage but this time from my garden and not Dad's. Less variety of colour in mine as a general rule but the hydrangeas are definitely pink. I was out there this morning giving everything a tidy, dead heading (the roses required the ladder and some fairly precarious balancing on the edge of the bed) and a but of staking for things that are a bit weighed down. It rained three times whilst I was out there. The first,  ignored; the second was short lived but the third was a proper downpour, everything was abandoned and doors and skylights needed closing. 

Other than that we've taken it fairly steadily today with three days in work to come this week. New supplies arrived today (as evidenced in extras.) I will need to get some work done sometime soon with quite a few things on the list but there will still be time for reading.
