... on the Buddleia - would make a good tongue twister!?
Very still with mist over our mountain this morning but it soon cleared and we had a dry day.
MrD went off into the mountains on his motorbike, I stayed at home and hung the washing out.
Gardening jobs: cut back yellow jasmine and Weigela by the front gate. Pruned the spindly growth and dead flowers from the very pretty dark pink rose opposite front door, also continued weeding the border in preparation for its makeover. Cut back brambles, self sown ash and gooseberries and started hacking back the passionflower in the greenhouse - it's taken over again!
Sat outside reading and watching all the butterfles, assorted bees and hover flies in the back garden - so glad to see all the insect life, very late and very welcome.
