Wednesday: Cyclamen

I woke up just after 6am, the sunshine streaming in through the curtains. From the back bedroom I could see heavy mist over the farmland but it soon burnt off.
After yesterday’s excitement, I planned a very lazy day but MrD couldn’t find a thin shirt this morning  - they’re all in the washing basket (or were!!) a machine full of washing, humidity is high so needed sunshine to dry the clothes, Bramley apple tree sheltering one end of washing line so clothes had to be moved …
Much too hot to sit outside today, so did some Family History & connected with a DNA cousin in Australia, who is a close relative of an Italian/Welsh cousin from Cardiff whom I connected with last Summer.

A few days ago I happened to look at my Blip of Cyclamen flowers

this afternoon noticed a pot of cyclamen starting to flower, even earlier than last year's, as if reading my mind a bee flew into the picture :-)
