Wednesday: Books

Overcast when we got up this morning.
I took a chance on putting some washing outdoors, a few showers but stiff breeze got them dry enough to bring indoors by midday.
Took my car back to the garage this afternoon (see Monday's Blip for preamble ...) the 2 mechanics took me underneath the hoisted car and we all saw that the underneath is in very good condition. 
My car has been pronounced "fit for purpose" the sub-frame is to be cleaned  before having a coat of black paint, then a coat of wax oil. This will be done at the same time as the wheel arches are replaced - so I have a date in September ... at least my car is roadworthy :-)
Weather was fine and dry as I returned to Llangefni, stopped in Asda for a few groceries and when I went back to the car the heavy rain was back - driving home was a nightmare, rain and mistiness, but got back ok.
MrD on deliveries all day.
