Pappy Twenty

After yesterday's bourbon education, my brother-in-law and I went to a new tasting establishment for some further research. He already knows a lot about Kentucky's most famous alcohol having lived in the state all his life. He was a good guide as we sampled a variety of different bourbons. This bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 20 year-old is quite rare, and therefore very expensive (I was told upwards of $4,000 USD for a bottle), so we savored each small sip.
