Cancellation

Cheating just a little bit, today’s photograph is another from last nights pre fireworks harbour cruise.
I had intended to try and get photographs of today’s return of rugby to the Recreation Ground but the match was called off at the last minute by the opposition. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not, as a club we had not seen the return to training of anywhere near the numbers of the previous season, a lack of volunteers and bar staff meant we would have been stretched.
Instead I spent an enjoyable afternoon with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission South West Region leaders looking at the areas of Falmouth Cemetery that need professional attention to reclaim some of the memorials and headstones from the undergrowth.
Legs a bit scratched by otherwise a great day in the sunshine.
