Leaf

I had a stroll in Dean Cemetery at lunch time. It was beautifully peaceful and calm in the August sunshine. Of course you would expect it to be peaceful in a cemetery, but the last time I visited,  an army of workmen were cutting grass and shattering the tranquility. Enough to waken the dead! I found it a bit much and went somewhere else that day.

This is a leaf from what I think is a weeping beech.  Their branches are gracefully shading the old gravestones (see extra).
