I wasnt even aware that this existed, before tonights camera club walk in Rivington.

Today has been a funny ol day, a real mixture of emotions, a real meltdown of a morning, which hasn't happened for a while, but pulled myself together, and went out shopping for bedding, which is what middle son has asked for, for his birthday lol!

I then went to M&S for one or two things, stopped off for a coffee and sandwich for my lunch......back home, via the town centre, needed to collect something else for daughters birthday tomorrow, just made it back to the car as the heavens opened!
Back home, put everything away, wrapped daughters birthday pressies, then had an earlyish tea, bit of a cheat today, M&S meatballs,with spaghetti, finished off the last of my veggie taggine,with it.

A quick change then off out again, filled the car with diesel, stopped off at daughters to,drop off her birthday things so she has them for the morning. Then a quick dash over to Rivington, only satnav sally had other ideas!

Ended up 15 minutes late, but had texted ahead to say Id be late! Enjoyed a nice yomp around, exploring, we had to climb a fence, but being short I managed to bend and stoop through.....it was a pretty dark dank evening weather wise, but I rather like this shot, which captured the Pigeon Tower in the distance.

I need a good nights sleep tonight, feeling a bit wiped out, I had some weird dreams last night, cant really remember, but know I woke up with a start and felt a bit "alarmed" for want of a better word ........so hope that doesnt happen again lol

Daughter coming round early in the morning to visit her "pops" .....its hard when its your first birthday without him, I can vouch for that, but shes her fathers daughter, strong and soft, so I know she will be ok.
