At Hio's End

I see snowshoe hares all the time, and there are some very cute little ones who frequent our yard close to the house, but it's not very often I can get near enough for a. photo. Tonight this one was quite obliging. I think she was showing off for the deer that was watching us from a short distance away (see extra). It's nice to see her coat isn't starting to change just yet. Summer may be coming to an end soon, but winter is still a ways off!
