Sunday

Last night was the first night of a new sleeping tablet and I slept through for the first time in months. Felt a bit groggy and had a headache when I woke but hopefully that will fade in the coming weeks  .

Forced myself out for  a walk this afternoon, stopping for a tea in Stockbridge. 
Walking back I could feel myself dissociate, I got confused as to which way to get home and walked without being aware of anything. I don't feel real, everything is fuzzy and the flat doesn't feel like home.
