I Cannot Tell A Lie

Butterfly blippers will know this is not a variety found in the Pacific Northwest -- close, Colorado maybe, but not Washington.  The picture was sent to me by my dear and favorite Son-In-Law, Rob in Indiana.  The butterfly is sitting on a Buddleja of some variety which I helped him plant in his backyard several years ago when I was visiting him.  I realize that's a slim connection at best and falls well outside the rules, but since I never see butterflies where I live, I used that as my excuse for blipping this beautiful thing, Speryeria atlantis.  I'm hoping that after 3,000+ blips, one indiscretion will be tolerated.  I promise I won't do it again and I'll make an effort to go find something unique to my area and blip that to redeem myself.
