'Nastics award

Katie slept over 14hours last night, apart from occasional stirrings to cuddle me tighter in to her. We snuggled for a quite a while this morning too. In bed was much warmer than out! Because she'd had a reasonably good night and a fairly controlled temperature again, I said she could go to gymnastics. We got a lift with friends to Katie's delight.

She had fun at gymnastics but was a little clingy. She did some good front supports both on the floor and on the bar, lots of dancing and good shapes. All looking a bit pale though. She was extremely embarrassed when it was her turn to get her certificate and ran away in tears because everyone clapped her. She soon cuddled me then smiled and asked Mummy to do it and take a photo. So I gave her the certificate and did her picture.

We had a great time playing in the play centre downstairs after class with our friends. There were lots of other friends there too. Katie was determined she didn't want her lunch, just a krispie cake, but when her beans on toast with a bowl of cheese came she polished it nearly all off. She looked very flaky by about 1.30 so it was time to leave. We went to get our shopping before getting a taxi home. She fell asleep about 4.30. I'm hoping its as good a night as last!
