Snow day!!!!!

And what do you do on a snow day? You make a lovely summery cake of course!
This is the result of Annie's well-earned day of relaxation - although she is doing lots of psychology homework too!
We are hunkering down for the evening - roast beef and potatoes in the oven as I write - it smells soooo good! :-)

But..... the snow had better be gone by tomorrow - we have a very important engagement in Bradford!
