Day Oot wi Eve's Gang

Some light drizzle showers this morning, they cleared and stayed cloudy.  Some lovely warm sunshine in the afternoon, and this evening.

I got eaten alive by midgies at the clothes line this morning, not so bad when out for our morning walkies.  Picked up friend Julie, and met with mam, sister Laura and gang in the afternoon.  A fine quiet evening at home.  There's been a big Covid-19 outbreak in Scalloway, mostly been in the school.  Hope they all recover quickly, and get back to their classes.

Eve came home from uni last week, bringing a bunch of her pals too.  They've had a fab time getting away from London, and exploring our isles.  I was happy to meet up and do some exploring with them.  First stop was at Eshaness cliffs, then on to see seals at the Hillswick wildlife sanctuary, followed by Sunday Teas in the hall.  We ended up finishing the tour in the Sullom forest.  They were surprised to see trees, and more so to see the wild mushrooms and wildlife in the tiny forest.  L-R - Julie, Keba, Sammy, Elise, Laura, Shaun, Johno, Gaby, Eve, Mam (Pat), Emili, Chris and Charlotte.  Taken outside the Eshaness lighthouse, Northmavine.
