For Bees and Butterflies

The front part of my second allotment plot. You might recall I spent many hours digging out a huge over grown compost heap and two large rhubarb plants from this area. I’ve planted it up this summer with flowering plants including herbs to try to attract insects. I’ve also put in a thornless blackberry plant to grow up the fencing Andy constructed earlier in the year. One of the more successful allotment activities this year!
