Held by Gravity.

The Lyme Folk Weekend is over and we have to leave town and wend'a way home but rather than going straight back we detoured to Worth Matravers to do part of a suggested walk from one of our favourite Dorset walking guides.

It was partly a cliff top walk under an impressive sky to St Aldhelm's chapel built at the edge of a headland. The central pillar was where local lasses would place pins hoping their loved ones would return from sea unharmed.

The impressive stone carving was placed in a dry stone wall on the cliff top at the point we stopped for lunch.

All in all a fantastic few days away!!
