Garden Flowers

Although the day started dull and cool it cleared, warmed up and finished this afternoon very pleasant indeed.  I spent this morning preparing one of my maxi curries. The recipe said it serves 8, so that should keep us going, no doubt some of it will go into the freezer with which I'll make a 'left-over curry biryani' sometime in the future.

After lunch we popped into town and had a coffee at Cornish Pasty shop on Henley Street where they have some nice tables and chairs outside.

On return home I took a camera into the garden to find a suitable shot for today's Flower Friday hosted by BikerBear. These are Japanese Anemones, adding a nice splash of colour in the garden.
