Our sunflower!

It is a self seeded plant at the front of the house. It wasn’t until I checked the picture that I saw the shield bug.

A productive day starting with a clear out of clothes to be donated to a charity for dogs. R called to see us after her open water swim this morning, coffee and biscuits were enjoyed whilst we chatted. She took the charity bags with her, so they will be safely delivered. 

The afternoon was spent preparing for another sewing day tomorrow.
