‘The show must go on’

Just before we crossed into WA, we spent a night at Timber Creek. They have a cute, but basic, caravan park. There’s apparently a ‘freshie’ lives in the creek. The young man with the pole had a pork chop on the end of a string and was trying to encourage it to show itself to the tourists…..to no avail. I guess it just wasn’t hungry.

Not one to be put off, he then cut the chop into little pieces and threw them up in the air for the circling Whistling Kites, who very neatly caught the tidbits on the wing.

The Kites must love it when the croc’s a no-show!
