Rydyn ni'n ceisio mynd allan unwaith yr wythnos fel ein 'gwyliau'. Oherwydd y tywydd cymylog heddiw, aethon ni i'r Amgueddfa Genedlaethol a threulion ni oriau yna yn edmygu'r gwaith celf. Roedd y staff wedi trefni llwybr unffordd o gwmpas, felly pawb yn gallu mynd trwy'r arddangosfa heb grwpiau yn cwrdd gyda'n gilydd. Roedd dda iawn i allu treulio amser yna heb deimlo'n frysiog nac yn orlawn.

Fel arfer gwnes i ddechrau gweld popeth fel 'gwaith celf' - cwpwrdd, drws, diffoddwr tân - roedd yn ymddangos bod gan bob un ohonynt rinweddau artistig. Roeddwn i'n meddwl y trefniant meinciau, wynebu i mewn, felly ni allech eistedd arnynt, yn enwedig ingol, fel arwydd o'r pandemig.

We try to go out once a week as our 'holidays'. Due to the cloudy weather today, we went to the National Museum and spent hours there admiring the artwork. The staff had arranged a one-way route around, so everyone could go through the exhibition without groups meeting together. It was really good to be able to spend time there without feeling rushed or crowded.

As usual I started to see everything as a 'work of art' - cupboard, door, fire extinguisher - all of which seemed to have artistic qualities. I thought the bench arrangement, facing in, so you couldn't sit on them, especially poignant, as a sign of the pandemic.
