Blue and Yellow

After a damp misty start to the morning, the sun appeared in time to impress my book group with the view out of the Dower house windows. Not that the view was the primary object of our meeting, that was a discussion of the book Summer Water by Sarah Moss. That of course was after the coffee and cake, which went down well.

Work seems endless on the conversion of the Old Royal Infirmary fronting Lauriston Place into the Edinburgh Futures Institute.
I liked the effect of this very tall crane reflected in the glass of the adjacent glass building
