Another day, another wall

Hubby has still been bed-bound all day with the sicky bug, so I went to do the weekly shop this morning. It's a long, long time since I've done it as it's usually his domain. Everything had changed round in the supermarket. I was all confuzzled.

There was only the occasional snow flurry today but the biting wind was still blowing the lying snow onto the road in places and it was jolly cold. I'm still feeling pants myself and combined with continued lack of sleep I'm turning more and more zombie like with each day and staying awake and alert is getting harder. At least it was sunny at times so it all looked very beautiful.

Not much else achieved today. Laundry, housework, cooking tea, then bath time took up all the afternoon and evening it seemed, but I also had a little time for a few laughs with the girls. They've been ever so good today.

Yet another early night beckons. Last night was better than usual. Two whole hour gaps between wake ups. Whoop de do! Then business as usual from 4am onwards. When will this child learn to sleep properly ?!?!?!

A proper grumpy blip this one eh? ;)
