Walls in the snow

Visited John and Gail this morning - great to see them again. We weren't sure if we'd make it after all the snow which came down overnight! The road over Dunmail Rise had been hit quite hard, but the gritters and snow ploughs were doing a grand job of keeping the road open.

In the afternoon I went out for a short walk from the village. I'd planned to be out longer but the weather was so foul I ended up cutting it short. However, the snow made for great shots of the stone walls in the white landscape.
