I ventured out today, but it seriously wiped me out.

I went to a thanksgiving service for a wonderful man who died suddenly and unexpectedly last August. He was a treat of a man.

It was delightful to see so many people there. The service was wonderful in many ways. This man is now in his eternal home, in Heaven with the Saviour he served.

HatBox and SkyeMan came home to ours today. Although 3 of ours now have permanent homes away from here, we still get in a muddle … so ‘when will you get home?’ has to be a question asked in context.

It would be true to say that home for HatBox is here, home is also there, and home is where she is heading wherever she consider’s home now and whether she is at home or not. :-)
