Monday: Coombs

I’m having too much fun with J&S and keep forgetting to blip as a result.  Or rather not forgetting, but letting the evening get too late.

We left Tofino early this morning but not before we had another bear spot on the beach - the same mum and two cubs as yesterday.  We made good time on the road and managed to get through the roadworks that held us up on the way without too much incident.

We stopped off in Port Alberni for lunch and also in Coombs to see the goats on the roof.  They’re pretty famous.

Got back home safe and sound.  Andrew is staying the night - had a great time and he got on famously with J&S.  And vice versa.
