Rough with the smooth

Potted the cacti my Dad brought on Monday & made the Apple & Plum Jelly (having made the Apple & Rosehip Jelly yesterday). 

I shall enjoy both on peanut butter in the coming year and will try the later in cooking as well e.g glazing a ham.

The cacti potting marks the first occassion in which I potted in my new potting shed. 

Simple pleasures.

Bookshop AGM beckons later this afternoon. I've been nominated for the Committee and look forward to becoming more involved.
