Darkness Falls

The days has just zipped past. I really didn’t want to rush Callum as it’s his holiday too, but I so wanted to get to the seaside. He took the dogs to the kennels, then we packed up the car and just as we left it started raining and hasn’t stopped since.
We are now in North Norfolk, staying in Hunstanton. We’ve been here several times over the years, but worked out it must be 8 years ago we were last here in Hunstanton itself.
Unpacked, settled in and back out for some provisions, we got out just as darkness was falling, so not the best shot, but this is Old Hunstanton Lighthouse. This was built in 1840, although there was one on the site before. It is now self catering accommodation.
An easy day tomorrow I expect, pottering about locally.
