Late asters

Today I did some more gardening/  household  jobs for my Mother, although  we didn't manage to plant any of the bulbs we bought on Sunday, (they will have to wait a couple of weeks), before I returned home. Fortunately for me, the fuel shortage meant M25 and M3 were very quiet for a Tuesday evening.  
She has some fine  Michaelmas daisy plants still in flower, which looked especially  good in the  sunshine.
