Wee Dunnock

trying hard here all day to snow, lots of flurries full of large snowflakes. garden full of wee birds all hungry and thirsty.

No chance of a decent landsape as the light here was poor so I'm afraid it's yet another of my bird visitors for you tonight. My favourite was the wee dunnock , who had his own strategy for getting food. he hid under the hedge then sneaked out a few feet at a time , taking cover all the way, then sneaked in under a bush to catch the seeds dropped by the bigger birds.

Watched the Serbia v Scotland game after we got back from the badminton Club at 9:30 . despite being aware of the final result there was alot to be enjoyed tonight with new players emerging and playing very well. I reckon there is a team there whichc an be built on for the future. definitely encouraging counting the number of continuous , one touch successful passes and finer moves , better than the big boys on friday night.

Well done to the fans clearing the pitch so the game could go ahead.
