Drying borlotti beans

Borlotti beans are very attractive at all stages of their growth. They look so delicate and striking when pink and it's fascinating to see them turn purple when they start drying.

I've just harvested these and put them in the greenhouse to continue drying. I'll have to check them regularly and bring them into the house if it suddenly gets cold and damp.
