A difficult choice

Scotland trip day 25 Coldingham.

Today we visited the tiny hamlet of Cove just off the A1.

We park the car and go through a kissing gate and descend a grassy path to the sea, the track leads us to one of the hidden gems of south east Scotland, Cove Harbour.

After a picnic lunch sitting overlooking the sea we head to our next stop, Coldingham. I was going to post a picture of the priory - that was until we spotted today’s blip (a good contender for silly Saturday.) 

l needed my boat fix so we continued down to St Abbs and had a walk around the harbour.

We managed to barbecue again tonight but we did eat inside.
