My synod hat

I anticipated an EXTRA boring synod this year as it was all going to be on line from home. So I rustled up an activity for those feeling crafty- make a hat and then donate to the Mission for Sea Farers.
As it turned out, I got involved and my hat did not progress much at all. Anyhow, 2 weeks later and it is finished. I finished it a few nights ago, but the large headed teenager reckoned it was too small. So I picked up the stitches from the cast on edge and added about 6 cm. I am not sure that it will ever experience life on the ocean wave as said teenager is now wearing it.
