Who Knew?

Today, I was asked to cover a shift at the Watertown Radiology department.  Of the sixteen or so clinical sites owned by the company, this is by far the loveliest building.  It used to be the Commander's residence of the Watertown Arsenal, a collection of beautiful brick warehouses which were subsequently turned into a shopping mall.  The clinic stands on the edge of the development, two gracious buildings joined by a walkway.  Radiology is just inside those big arched windows, a delight for both techs and patients to walk, on a cold winter afternoon, from the waiting area to the x-ray room as the sunlight pours in.
Here's a link to the view from inside taken this summer when I was covering a shift there.  The Extra shows a view of the grand South Building.  Who would guess that these two together contain an entire medical universe in what appears to be a country estate?
