On the Lizard

Today our coach took us to Mullion village on the Lizard peninsula, and we walked along the Coastal Path to  Lizard Village via Soapy Cove (shown in the main )and Kynance Cove. The extra shows two of the Cornish Choughs we saw along the way, which are making a very pleasing comeback.  
My sister joined as again, as she lives  on the Lizard.
We had a fabulous day as the  weather was mostly dry and sunny,  affording us good walking conditions and great views of the Cornish coastline.  The geology here is interesting and complicated, with out-crops of  unusual serpentine rock.
